You will get a notification email from Icephorm once the buyer has placed an order. This email will give you all the details on who to send your product to. You can also view this information in Account Manager under Sales.
When you are ready to ship your order, go to the Sales section under Account Manager, find the order that you need to ship. Click on the Shipping button under the buyer’s address. Select the items that you want to ship, enter the shipment tracking details, and click on the Ship Item button at the bottom right-hand corner.
