Should you wish to remove any of your items from the Icephorm promotion, click on the Active button on the Icephorm Promotions page and find the promotion you wish to remove the items from.

Then click on the ‘Add Items’ button and then under the Included Items section, find the item(s) you wish to remove and click on the cross at the end of the item line. You will then get a pop-up asking, ‘Remove Items?’. Click on the ‘Yes, Remove Items’ button to complete the item removal.

Note that during the promotion phase you can only remove up to 5 or 15 of items (whichever is the higher figure). If you try to remove more than the accepted number, you will get a warning saying ‘the number of items exceeds the amount you can remove during the promotion phase.
